Since most condo associations typically own the foundation, structure, roof, and grounds, we can perform a specialized inspection to include what you are actually purchasing. This still includes electrical, plumbing, HVAC, interior, appliances, and attic. This allows us to price the inspection at a reduced fee.
If you prefer, a Whole House Inspection can still be performed at the regular fee.
