In addition to the many inspection services that Colonial provides, Ron is also actively involved in field training and continuing education.
Anyone applying for a Louisiana State Board of Home Inspector (LSBHI) Home Inspection License is required to complete classroom and field education with an LSBHI approved Education Provider. As part of the LSBHI’s stringent licensing requirements, Ron provides extensive field training for new applicants wanting to become home inspectors. Ron has been providing training for home inspectors for over 10 years, and has provided education for the majority of home inspectors in the region.
He is also a State certified continuing education provider, and holds classes throughout the year for current Licensed Home Inspectors.
